Why Young Living?

There are many essential oil companies, why Young Living? For us, the quality of the first distillation oils, the Seed to Seal guarantee, the historical/Biblical references, and the overall integrity of the company were qualifying reasons why we chose Young Living

Knowing that our families are using safe, natural products that are free of toxins and synthetic chemicals is worth a lot. We can't put a price tag on our families' health and well-being.

​In addition, when we started looking into what oil company to choose, several people in the medical profession recommended Young Living as the only choice for essential oils.

Why Should I Become A Wholesale Member?

Besides the great savings on the Premium Starter Kit above, this option gives you 24% off retail price of every Young Living product every day. Who wants to pay retail anyway?  In addition, as a wholesale member, if you see that you are loving the oils and find you are placing monthly orders of at least $50, you can sign up for what is called Essential Rewards where they automatically send you an order (which you choose what is in it) each month. Signing up for ER is FREE, optional, and can be done any time. You can opt to sign up as a retail member only without using the SSN which will allow you to order directly from the company any time, but you pay full retail price and have no option of earning rewards.

Is there a monthly order minimum?

Nope. Think of it like a Sam's membership. You can just order what you need when you need it.

What kit do you recommend? 

We definitely recommend the Premium Starter Kit with the Home or Dewdrop diffuser. Depending on which diffuser you choose, the price of the kit may vary slightly but it is still the best buy for your buck.

You do have different options for the Starter Kits, but the Premium Starter Kit is really the most effective way to see and experience how these oils work.

Are you positive there are no monthly order requirements?

To retain an active wholesale account, you have to place one 50PV ($50) minimum order per year.

If someone wants to join Young Living through me, what do I give them?

When you join, you will be assigned your own member number to give to your friends and family who are interested in joining as well. I will also send you a special link with your info once you join. If through sharing your personal experiences, someone signs up under you as a wholesale member, you do get a bonus, which will just help you get your oils free. For this reason, when you sign up as a wholesale member they do require your SSN simply because if you do start having people sign up under you, you will receive funds from Young Living that have to be reported on taxes.

Is there a way to save even more money? 

Yes I’m glad you asked! The Essential Rewards program offers reduced shipping, credit for free oils (~$1 per PV) & other great opportunities! Plus each month there are additional promotions for free oils when you place an Essential Rewards order.​

What kind of support do I get after joining Young Living through you? Will I be lost?

I am excited about this part, and NO, you will not be lost! When you join Young Living through our team, we will not leave you hanging. We will get you plugged into private Facebook groups that are a wealth of information and will personally offer you education and support through this Website and face-to-face contact when possible. As a member of the Grammy's Essentials Team, you will also be given access to an entire section of this Website that is only available to members. It includes additional tips on using the oils and making your own blends, how to build your business, and a full line of educational resources to educate yourself on the how to make Young Living products a part of your everyday life.

I just really want to use oils myself. Do I have to sell Young Living products to be a wholesale member?

Absolutely not. There is ZERO obligation to sell oils when you join as an wholesale member. But, as a wholesale member you have the option of sharing the oils with your friends and family in order to earn monthly commissions, and receive promotions for free oils. By no means are you ever required to have a Young Living business when you are a wholesale member. However, if like us, you find yourself sharing your excitement of the oils and people want to sign up under you it’s very easy to start and of course we will help you.

What if I do decide to pursue Young Living as a business?

If you do decide to make Young Living a business, we have a totally private section of this Website that we can direct you to. It contains a complete Business Builders Guide with everything you will need from accounting information to purchasing optional scanners to build your own team and create a successful business and we will be here to help you every step of the way.

​I own a business. Is there another option where I can offer the products through my store?

Absolutely! As a business owner, you have the option of becoming a Professional Member.

Information for Professional Account

 

PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTS CAN PURCHASE PRODUCT FROM YOUNG LIVING AT THE PROFESSIONAL DISCOUNT OF 40% OFF OF THE RETAIL COST.

METHODS OF PAYMENT 

Young Living accepts the following payment methods: 

  • Credit Cards/Debit Cards—VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

  • ACH Check Payments—U.S. checking accounts only. 

  • Net 30 (with Credit Approval)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO SET UP A PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT 

  • Copy of your State Business License, Dept of Revenue Registration Certificate or Professional License. 

  • Tax ID/ EIN # (must match name on license) 

  • A clear photo(s) or website address of the organization / business (showing the name) where Young Living®  products will be used or sold. Website must include pictures of the organization (stock photos not  accepted). 

  • A statement on company letterhead describing how the products are to be used. eg: resale, patient care...

TAX EXEMPTION- ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TAX EXEMPTION 

  • A copy of your current State Sales Tax Revenue License or Non-Profit License. 

  • A current and completed Resale/Exemption Certificate (State specific-we can provide this for you if necessary) 

  • NOTE: When filling out this form please include Young Living as the seller/vendor of essential oils, personal care products, and nutritional supplements and our address is: Young Living 3125 W. Executive Parkway Lehi, UT 84043. 

  • An explanation of how the tax collected from the sale of Young Living® products will be given to your state and how often eg: monthly, quarterly, yearly or if not, why eg: Non-Profit Organization.

Professional Accounts Criteria and Benefits

​

  •   Professional customers receive a 40% discount off of the retail cost of all of our products.

  •   There are no monthly minimums or fees to open a Professional Account.

  •   Professional Accounts cannot have a down line (no commission check).

  •   When switching from a Member Account to a Professional Account, any existing downline will be rolled up.

  •   A Professional Account can be sponsored by a member distributor.

  •   The PV from the Professional Account orders is reduced to 50%.

  •   The 50% PV from the Professional Accounts purchases will apply toward the sponsor's Organization. Group Volume (OGV), Personal Group Volume (PGV) and commission under the Compensation Plan.

  •   Professional Accounts do not have Essential Rewards / Autoship / Fast Start Bonus / Promotions.

  •   Professional Accounts agree to retail the products at least 10% above wholesale cost.

  •   Starter Kits are not available to Professional Accounts.

  •   Professional Accounts do not have access to Virtual Office/online ordering. They may call Member Services to place an order or they can e-mail an order to us at professional@youngliving.com once a CC# is on file, or FAX to 801-221-6110.

  •   A Professional Account can enroll by submitting their required business documents to your Young Living representative. e-mail me

Sister Professional Account

​

  •  A Distributor Member who is a business owner, may also have a "sister" Professional Account for their business, using their businesses TAX ID #.

  • If the spouse of the business owner is a current Young Living Member then that member/spouse will be placed as the sponsor of the "sister" Professional Account and will not earn commissions on the purchases made on the Professional Account.

  • The spouse/Member will receive 50% OGV & PGV from the purchase volume on the "sister" Pro Account, invoices will reflect this 50% reduction.

  • The Member's sponsor and their upline will receive 50% OGV & PGV as well as Unilevel commission on 50% of the total Professional Account purchases.

Sponsors

If you sign up a professional account, please make sure the customer includes your name & contact number as the sponsor of their account when they submit their documents. As the account sponsor you are responsible for following-up with the customer to make sure all of their paperwork is properly submitted. Please have the customer include their sponsor's name & member number when they submit their documents.

Approval Process

It can take up to 1-3 weeks to set up an account depending on whether TAX EXEMPTION is requested.

Once the Professional Account is set up we will send out an e-mail confirmation to the customer to include:
